I powered through it because I'm hungry for knowledge and on occasion I have obsessive tendencies. That's okay because it is self-paced. It's well worth your time and is a killer deal for the price. Stephen is responsive, provides insight and explanation, and even pushes you to further your education. I'm no professional by a long shot and very much a beginner but I feel far more equipped to make smart decisions about trading and have a much better direction for the future. Sure, you can learn some stuff from YouTube but there are so many misguided traders out there polluting the knowledge pool and it's steering others the wrong way. Stephen gives you the correct information that is based on research driven data, increasing your chances of profit while reducing risk. His reference (which he includes with the course) is all time proven and research driven. Your first investment should ALWAYS be education. ​

I just finished Fast Start to Trading. This is a great course. Whether you have been trading for a while or are brand new, The Trade School has a way to make you think about what is happening behind the candles. This course will get you looking at charts in a more efficient way. It is amazing to start identifying patterns that you can use to your advantage. Risk to reward, 2% rule, support and resistance, leading/lagging indicators and candlestick patterns are all covered and makes you want to learn more. Stephen goes out of his way to ensure you understand the topics. Highly recommend this course and I’m looking forward to what comes next from The Trade School!

Hi, I did the course in roughly one week of time putting a lot of effort in. The course is really well built and the fact it is being self paced is really good too. Stephen and Taco know what they are talking about and it's made pretty clear with a lot of examples. The assignments are really worth it too. They are all graded one by one manually and they are explaining very very well each mistakes you are doing. I also want to point out that Stephen can really push you to do a lot more and a lot better for each assignment. All in all, this is a great course for beginners and the price tag is really low compared to other courses. They know what they are teaching and are really open to discussion and help which helps a lot. Thanks guys!

I started playing with stocks through Robinhood about 3 years ago. I had no clue what I was doing. I made some money, and lost some. The beginner course was excellent! I have a lot more knowledge than I did before. I can see obvious patterns in charts that indicate where the stock price is going and much more. Stephen and Taco are great instructors and truly want to see people succeed. Overall this class definitely laid a foundation for me to safely invest and provide a better future for my family. This course is well worth the time and money and it will pay you in the future.

Hi. I am superslow, mostly studying on weekends (and just watching charts and other people s analyses during the week), a complete beginner (entered stock market in the end of November 2020). I found Taco 's Tradingview tutorial which is part of the Fast course to trading extremely valuable and a perfect start point. If you read all the referenced materials (books, too) and are a beginner, it should take much longer than a week or couple of weeks, IMHO. I am now still at a little less than 70% (after I think 3 weeks or so). Might also mention English is a foreign language to me, so stock market terminology is challenging in its own way. Stephen does his best to make it understandable and easy, though, hehe. Video quality and website construction are great. What I find crucial at this particular trading school is individual homework and feedback - this is what makes all the difference, since we are literally forced to internalize the knowledge offered and use it in practice.
RECOMMENDED for a really good idea of what the course is about: Take the free exam to see where you are at with your knowledge. If you would like to improve your result afterwards, the course is the perfect thing to do that.

I just finished the course last night. This course filled in so many gaps left from every other resource I have tried to learn from. I can also now see why my bad trades over the last year where actually Really Bad trades. There were a few nights I wanted to punch Taco right square in the mouth, but looking back it’s clear now why he is so particular about getting things right. I am certainly in a much better place than I was before I started. Stephen and Taco are not going to just let you slide through without making sure you understand what they are teaching and why. Looking forward to the next class!!

I stumbled upon The Trade School on Twitter and just clicked the link to see what it was all about. Having ZERO experience in the market, I thought I would give it a shot. To be honest I was completely skeptical at first, but after completing one assignment with feedback from the instructors, I was easily convinced I was going to learn a lot. The Trade School turned my minuscule knowledge of technical analysis and the market in general into trading the markets (good or bad) with nearly complete confidence. I can't say enough good about these guys.

Stephen and The Trade School have been a great support in my own understanding of technical analysis and have provided me with a level of comfort and confidence using fibonacci and EWT that I have not found anywhere else.

The Fast Start course is awesome for people of all skill levels! I was definitely more of a buy-and-hold investor and now I can apply these skills to know good entry and exit points on long-term plays too! Plus as a bonus, I finally feel like I know what I'm talking about when I talk to peers and co-workers!
