I suppose it could be a browser issue, I'm using Safari on MacOSX, but I've also tried Google Chrome with the same result.

Hmm...not real sure why you're receiving that error. I have double checked your permissions and everything appears to be in order. Give it another shot and let me know if it works.
@stephen-harano nope, still having the same issue, tried to reply to your comments on a few different threads with the same error.
ok, i've updated all my software, adjusted security settings, etc. I dont see any reason why you wouldn't be able to comment on your own homework assignment. Give it a shot again. Perhaps it is a browser issue like you said?!?
I'm going to create a new user account (without admin privileges) and see if I get the same error.

couldn't replicate your problem. the test account seems to function appropriately. I was using Edge as a browser. so firefox and chrome should both work as well.
@stephen-harano very strange... I'm still having the same issue with both Safari and Chrome on MACOSX
Same issue on Firefox as well, so 3 different browsers have the same issue. really not sure what the way forward is.

I figured it out....... damn IP blocker was apparently causing the issue, not sure why but when I turned it off it worked just fine.
